Laurie and Shapoor are seasoned realtors with a combined 20 years experience in Real Estate. They are currently affiliated with B|L|V|D Real Estate Agency.  They continue to grow their business and flourish in an ever demanding industry.  They are skilled communicators, tenacious and dedicated. Genuine in their approach and consistent in their results. 

Laurie Fearon

She was born and raised in the Eastern Townships, attended college in Quebec City, and then made her way to Montreal for her University studies.  Laurie holds a degree in Interior Design and Social Studies.  She is very active in her community and makes time to give back thru volunteering.  She’s a member of her local Citizen Association, The Rotary Foundation and enjoys volunteering at Nova.   After 25 years of working in the Design field, she found her passion for Real Estate - a natural transition from her years of working closely with clients and their homes.  Her knowledge of home design, choice Reno’s and contract connections prove invaluable when working with clients.

Shapoor Hoghooghi

Born and raised in Persia. Shapoor moved to Montreal in 1989. He pursued many educational avenues and holds a Dec in Health Sciences, Bachelors in Engineering from Concordia University and Science from McGill Universityu. He spent his formative years in manufacturing industry as Director of Sale and Marketing as well as Production Manager. He is also known for his generous spirit,  volunteered in Health Care sector and actively supports many charitable foundations.

​Together they have created a strong support team of: Builders, Contractors, LEED Specialists, Designers, Home Staging Team, Legal advisers, Notaries, and Financing specialists.
